• Checking all zones and sprinkler heads for proper coverage and operation

• Inspecting for leaks, broken heads, or damaged lines

• Adjusting spray patterns to avoid over-watering or waste

• Verifying controller settings for accurate watering schedules

• Testing sensors and rain shut-off devices

Monthly Inspections & Routine Maintenance

With our detailed 35-point inspection, we perform a thorough check of your entire system each month to catch small issues before they become costly problems.

• Valve and zone performance checks

• Pressure testing and adjustment

• Head alignment and cleaning

• Controller and timer calibration

• Coverage analysis for changing landscape needs

Repairs & Upgrades

From broken sprinkler heads to damaged valves or system redesigns, we’re fully equipped to handle any repair or upgrade.

Please note: All repairs and parts are billed separately from our inspection and maintenance service.

Year-End Blowouts (Winterization)

Before the first freeze hits, we’ll safely shut down and winterize your system to protect it from costly cold-weather damage.
