"When I purchased my home I began dreaming of having a back yard that I could enjoy and be proud of for years to come.  A place where I could not only relax, but also enjoy hosting my family and friends (on the rare occasions when the Iowa weather allows for such celebration).  With the wonderful help from All Around Town, this dream has become a reality.  Over the course of the past two years, All Around Town has helped to transform my back yard from an eyesore with a dilapidated wooden retaining wall and a half-finished deck to a stunning oasis with a beautiful stone patio (with water feature) and a matching stone retaining wall.  I truly could not be happier with the outdoor experience that they have created for me. 

But almost more important than the final result of their labor was the overall customer service that they provided.  From the moment that I first contacted them I have felt like a valued and respected customer.  I spoke with Melody (HR Coordinator) who quickly helped me to set up an on-site visit with Lexie (Landscape Designer/Garden Center Manager).  Lexie came to my property and we discussed my budget and overall vision (which was nothing short of vague at that point).  Within a few days Lexie delivered an amazing rendering of what my back yard could (and would) become.  From there the process was virtually seamless.  I was kept informed regarding the scheduling for the job execution and notified of any potential changes or setbacks.  Their installation crew arrived on-time and executed the work both on budget and in the quoted time-frame.  Their crew was respectful to both me and my neighbors, and even re-installed portions of my fencing during the evenings to ensure that my dog did not leave the yard at night.  While I initially only had them install my patio, it was a no-brainer who I would go with this year when I decided to replace the retaining wall.    

I cannot say enough about the work that All Around Town performed.  Their personnel are punctual, professional, courteous, and kind.  The work that they execute is precise and of the highest standards.  My only regret is that I have run out of yard space for them to work on!  I would gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking to convert their yard from something drab into something spectacular."
